GuruLogo_2012.jpg A consultative / client services focussed Senior Account Manager / Account Director is needed to join a Notting Hill based (Holland Park - Central Line) online research company helping them to drive their European expansion. 

Located near Notting Hill, this progressive online research company works hand-in-hand with some of the world’s largest banks delivering high quality research and consultancy services covering customer experience, competitor benchmarking and innovation within online banking. Pitching to middle-senior management within the financial services sector (Ecommerce Managers / Head of UI etc.) you will work at the forefront of the business managing and nurturing new and existing accounts, whilst having complete autonomy to introduce new marketing and business development techniques (social media, email, etc.).

As a new role within the business the Senior Account Manager / Account Director will have the opportunity to shape a client services department and provide that all important expertise that helps drive expansion within existing markets (UK, Scandinavia and the Benelux region) as well as discover new ones. I

n more detail, you will:

• Deliver pitch winning presentations to new and existing clients.

• Work with the directors in providing input on the strategic direction of the business.

• Implement new marketing initiatives (from new sales collateral to social media).

• Manage the full sales cycle, including new business development.

You should be a professional, ideas-driven Account Manager / Account Director with experience and skills that match the following:

• Exposure to either the online or financial services industries.

• Excellent communication skills, with experience in proposal creation and presenting.

• Knowledge of competitor benchmarking or user experience (advantageous).

• A consultative approach to selling.

• Excellent sales negotiation, target setting and pipeline management skills.

• Strategic thinking and product development should come naturally to you.
